The tool is made of carbon steel and is powder coated; it is robust and reliable. Wires are tightly stretched and will not give out. Wires are easily replaceable.
Long loaf disc cutter
This cutter is designed to cut cold process soap and hot process soap that has not fully cured. Like other wire soap cutters, the cutter is not designed to cut melt and pour soap.

The cutter is delivered with spare wires.
25 mm (1") Approx - Can cut 15 soap bars at a time.
28 mm (1.1") Approx - Can cut 12 soap bars at a time.
32 mm (1.25") Approx - Can cut 11 soap bars at a time.
35 mm (1.38") Approx - Can cut 9 soap bars at a time.
The length of the cutter is relative to the spacing and number of cutting wires.
The loaf that you will cut can be of width and height up to 100mm (4") and virtually unlimited length.
